History/Territory:

For many generations, cats of LakeClan have lived in peace with the Forest, and the Lake Island, which resides as their large home. But, one stormy moonhigh, a strange kit was born. It was snow-white, with green eyes. It's twin was jet-black with yellow eyes. On that night, the prophecy came:
Before there is peace,
Clan Blood will be spilled,
And the forest will be changed. Forever.
Dapplestar, LakeClan's leader, could do nothing with or about the prophecy except wait. Now, ten moons later, Darkpaw and Lightpaw are beginning to dislike each other and fight amongst themselves. Dapplestar is growing afraid: dark shadows are appearing on the horizon. Once the final battle comes, will there be any hope?

((I'm gonna start the role-playing off.))

Darkpaw slunk into the camp with a blackbird. His sister, Lightpaw, was next to him.
"Dapplestar was telling me about this time, when she was a kit, when the mice would actually walk into camp! And the warriors just had to sit there.." Lightpaw babbled.
"Great." Darkpaw muttered. He glared at the leaders' den. I'll get into there one day. And I'll kill her. Rip her to shreds. I'll turn this Clan into the most powerful Clan StarClan has ever seen. He thought. [/i]And no one can stop me. Lightpaw looked at her brother.
"You're too ambitious. You need a hobby. Be amibitious about hunting or something." she suggested.
"And Dapplestar still has all her lives." she reminded him. Darkpaw gasped in fake innocence.
[i]"Me? Me hurt Dapplestar? What a mouse-brained idea! Everyone knows she's brought a strong Clan back." Darkpaw said, his voice dripping wiht sarcasm and innocence. But Mine will be much stronger he added silently.

Kestrelpaw arrived back into camp with a mouthful of mice, carried by their tails, hanging from her jaws.
She lightly skipped through the entrance, taking the fresh kill into the pile for the other warriors to share.
That's enough hunting for today.... she sighed,thinking to herself with exhaust, panting tiredly.
Kestrelpaw padded towards Darkpaw and Lightpaw, she greeted them with a purr, "Hey guys!"

Lightpaw smiled.
"Hey, Krestelpaw!" she replied cheerily. Darkpaw groaned.
"I'm going for a walk..." he snapped. He whipped around and stalked out of camp into the breezy, warm green-leaf. He sidled down a well-worn path, and went into a hunter's crouch. A squirell lay dead ahead, nibbling on a root. He slunk up to it, then leaped, killing it quickly. He flexed his wicked claws in the light, smiling with satisfaction. He sheathed them, and scraped dirt over his kill and spotted a mouse. It had heard the squeal from the squirrel, and was dashing away madly. He raced after it, kicking up dirt in the process. He unsheathed his foreclaws and smacked the prey, and it careened through the air into a tree trunk. It slumped down he snapped it's neck. He grabbed the mouse by it's tail and the squirrel and brought them back to camp. He dropped them in the pile and walked towards the aprentices' den.

Lightpaw ignored her brother, and turned back to Krestelpaw. She rolled her eyes.
"He gets like that when he's upset. Just ignore it. I do," Lightpaw meowed.

"Oh that's okay!" Kestrelpaw meowed, grinning at Lightpaw. "What got him so worked up about?" She asked, tilting her head in wonder.
Kestrelpaw laid downon the grass opposite Lightpaw, kneading the ground with her paws.
The young apprentice gave Darkpaw a quick, bewildered glance and turned back to Lightpaw.
"He'll be okay, won't he?" She asked, feeling a little bit uneasy.

"I....I have no idea, Krestelpaw." Lightpaw responded.
"No idea..." She seemed too sad to continue, and she looked down.
"We used to be so close," Lightpaw meowed.
"Then... we became apprentices. I saw Darkpaw fighting a rogue once. He was brutual. He almost killed the pregnant she-cat in combat." She continued.
"She was so covered in blood, not one marking showed on her. The she-cat delivered her kits, but she was pretty much dead in minutes. Her mate wasn't there, and the way Darkpaw just attacked, he didn't care if she were Dapplestar or Darkfang..." she shuddered.

"Sheesh....That's pretty harsh..." Kestrelpaw frowned too.
She placed her tail tip of Lightpaw's shoulder. "Let's just hope everything will be alright..."
Kestrelpaw meowed, trying to comfort Lightpaw as best as she can.

Lightpaw nodded. She breathed in and then out.
"Okay. I hope so, too." she meowed back.

Cinderblaze was dozing lazily in the warrior's den, she yawned and slowly got up from her sleep.
She felt so very tired after all that late patrolling last night. Her legs were a little shaky, but she managed to stand up
and stretch her body. Cinderblaze peered out with narrowed eyes, still not adjusting to the light.
